Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 31, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Introduction

Azadi Voice (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at www.azadivoice.xyz and any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information — When you sign in through Google, Twitter (X), or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from the respective provider.
  • Purchase information — When you buy pixel clusters, we collect your message, selected country emoji, display name, and payment details (including currency, amount, and payment status).
  • Wallet address — If you connect an Ethereum wallet for on-chain purchases or affiliate participation, your public wallet address is collected and associated with your transactions.
  • Affiliate information — If you register as an affiliate, we collect your wallet address, referral code, commission data (tier, volume, earned amounts), and on-chain registration records including your acceptance of the affiliate terms.
  • Communications — If you contact us via email, we retain the content of your correspondence.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address — We collect your IP address for rate limiting and security purposes.
  • Session data — We use session tokens to maintain your authenticated state across the Platform.
  • Device and browser information — Standard HTTP headers such as browser type, operating system, and referring URL may be logged by our hosting infrastructure.

2.3 Blockchain Data

If you make an on-chain purchase or participate in the affiliate program, your transaction data — including wallet address, transaction hash, token amounts, commission claims, and associated metadata — is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. This data is publicly visible and immutable by nature. We do not control and cannot delete blockchain data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate the Platform — Process purchases, display your message and country on the flag grid, populate the leaderboard and live feed, and maintain your account.
  • Manage the affiliate program — Track referrals, calculate commissions, process payouts, and enforce affiliate program rules.
  • Authenticate your identity — Verify sign-ins and maintain secure sessions.
  • Prevent abuse — Enforce rate limits, detect fraud (including affiliate self-referral and manipulation), and protect the integrity of the Platform.
  • Improve the Platform — Analyze usage patterns to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Communicate with you — Respond to your inquiries and send important updates about the Platform or your purchases.
  • Comply with legal obligations — Fulfill regulatory requirements and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies only. These are strictly necessary for the Platform to function and include:

  • Session cookies — To maintain your authenticated state after signing in.
  • Referral cookies — If you arrive through an affiliate link, a 30-day tracking cookie is stored in your browser to attribute your purchase to the referring affiliate. If you click multiple affiliate links, the most recent one takes precedence.

We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may prevent you from using certain features of the Platform.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the Platform. Each provider may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies:

  • Google, Twitter (X), Facebook — OAuth authentication providers.
  • NOWPayments — Payment processing for fiat and cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure services.
  • Pinata / IPFS — Decentralized storage for purchase metadata associated with on-chain transactions.
  • Alchemy — Ethereum blockchain node infrastructure.
  • DigitalOcean — Static asset hosting.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — With the third-party services listed in Section 5, solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform.
  • Legal requirements — When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Protection of rights — When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Public content — Your message, display name, and country emoji are displayed publicly on the flag grid, leaderboard, and live feed. This is a core function of the Platform.
  • Affiliate data — Affiliate referral codes, commission tiers, and payout data are recorded on-chain and are publicly accessible on the Ethereum blockchain.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the Platform’s services. Purchase records and affiliate data are retained indefinitely as they are integral to the flag grid display and on-chain commission tracking.

If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information from our databases within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Blockchain data and publicly displayed messages cannot be deleted.

8. Your Rights

Our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (for purchase fulfillment), legitimate interest (for security and fraud prevention), and consent (for optional features).

8.3 California (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. As stated, we do not sell personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights.

11. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform.
