These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Azadi Voice (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website at www.azadivoice.xyz and all associated services, including the Affiliate Program (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform — including by making a purchase or registering as an affiliate — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
Azadi Voice is a digital platform that enables individuals to collectively rebuild a Lion & Sun flag by purchasing pixel clusters. Each purchase allows you to attach a short text message and a country emoji, which appear on the flag grid, leaderboard, and live feed.
A portion of the funds raised through the Platform supports the Iranian freedom movement, with the remainder allocated to platform operations, development, and maintenance. Specific allocation details may be published on the Platform from time to time.
You may access the Platform without creating an account, including making anonymous purchases. To access certain features, you may sign in using a third-party authentication provider (Google, Twitter/X, or Facebook).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any connected wallet. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Purchases on the Platform are made through NOWPayments (for fiat and cryptocurrency payments) or directly through the Ethereum blockchain via the Azadi Voice smart contract (for ETH, USDT, or USDC).
The price of pixel clusters is displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice. The price in effect at the time you complete your purchase is the price you pay.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods and the potential for blockchain-based transactions to be permanently recorded, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your purchases on the Platform.
If you choose to make purchases or participate in the Affiliate Program through the Ethereum blockchain, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
When you purchase pixel clusters, you may submit a short text message that is displayed publicly on the Platform. By submitting a message, you release it into the public domain — you waive all intellectual property rights in the message and it may be freely used, reproduced, or displayed by anyone without restriction or attribution.
You agree that your messages and any other content you submit will not:
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may exercise this right for any reason, including but not limited to content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the spirit of the Platform.
Removal of content from the Platform does not entitle you to a refund or any other compensation. Content recorded on the blockchain cannot be removed by us.
All content, design, graphics, code, and other materials on the Platform (excluding user-submitted messages) are the property of Azadi Voice or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform materials without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

The Azadi Voice Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commission by referring new buyers to the Platform through unique referral links. By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to the terms of this section in addition to all other provisions of these Terms.
The Program is open to anyone with an Azadi Voice account. There is no application process, geographic restriction, or identity verification required. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements.
Registration is completed through the platform by signing in and accepting the affiliate terms. Your acceptance is recorded along with the version of the terms you agreed to.
When a prospective buyer clicks your unique referral link, a 30-day tracking cookie is stored in their browser. Any qualifying purchase made within that window is attributed to you. If a buyer clicks multiple referral links, the most recent affiliate link takes precedence.
Commission rates are tier-based. Your rate starts at the base tier (5%) and increases automatically as your total referred sales volume grows: 10% above $10,000, 15% above $50,000, and 20% above $100,000. When you cross a tier threshold, the higher rate is applied retroactively — you receive a bonus reflecting the rate difference on all prior referred volume, and the new rate applies to all future sales.
Commission tiers, thresholds, and rates may be updated by Program administrators. Current tiers are always displayed on the affiliate landing page.
Commissions accumulate on the platform and are payable in cryptocurrency (ETH, USDT, or USDC). You may request a payout of your pending balance at any time. There is no minimum payout threshold. Payouts are processed by the Azadi Voice team and typically completed within a reasonable timeframe.
You are responsible for providing a valid wallet address to receive commission payouts.
In addition to the general prohibited conduct in Section 10, the following activities are specifically prohibited within the Program and may result in your affiliate account being frozen or permanently banned:
If we have reasonable grounds to believe you have engaged in any prohibited conduct, we may freeze your affiliate account (temporarily suspending commission claims while we investigate) or ban your account (permanently revoking participation and forfeiting unclaimed commissions).
We reserve the right to temporarily pause all affiliate payouts across the Program in exceptional circumstances, including security incidents, platform issues, or required maintenance. Pauses affect all affiliates equally and will be lifted once the issue is resolved. Pending balances are preserved during a pause.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee any level of earnings. Commission depends entirely on qualifying purchases made through your referral link. We make no representations about the potential income you may earn.
You may stop participating in the Program at any time by ceasing to use your referral link. Any pending commissions remain claimable unless your account has been banned. We may discontinue the Program entirely at any time, in which case all pending commissions will remain claimable for a reasonable wind-down period.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING USER-SUBMITTED MESSAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AZADI VOICE AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US THROUGH THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Azadi Voice and its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: your use of the Platform; your participation in the Affiliate Program; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law; or your user content.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform. For the Affiliate Program, existing affiliates may be required to accept the new version before continuing to participate.
Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azadi Voice regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
